1. Delivery Timeline
• Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): We offer same-day delivery for orders placed within Dubai, ensuring you never have to wait for urgent supplies.
• Promised Next-Day Delivery: For all other standard orders, we guarantee next-day delivery to keep your operations running smoothly without interruption.

2. Shipping Charges
• Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders worth AED 200 and above.
• Standard Fee: For orders below AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies.

3. Door-to-Door Service & Access
We provide a convenient Door-to-Door delivery service directly to your office or facility. To ensure a smooth handover, please note the following regarding site access:
• Access & Gate Passes: It is the customer's responsibility to arrange any necessary gate passes, security clearances, or building access permissions required for our delivery team to enter your premises. Midaad does not take responsibility for obtaining these passes or for delays caused by restricted access.
• Additional Fees: Any special parking fees, paid entry requirements, or gate pass costs incurred at the delivery location will be charged explicitly to the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
we are committed to delivering excellence. Every product we dispatch undergoes complete multiple checks and rigorous inspections to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches your office.

1. General Return Policy
• Confirmed Orders: Once an order is confirmed and processed, returns are generally not possible.
• Exceptions: We only accept returns if the item delivered is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered. In such cases, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

2. Delivery Inspection & Responsibility
• Upon Delivery: We do not take responsibility for items once they have been accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and check that the right products have been delivered and to ensure all expiry dates are valid at the time of delivery.
• Please inspect your goods thoroughly before signing the delivery note.

3. Exchange Policy
• Eligibility: Exchanges are valid only on selected items and are subject to approval.
• Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition.
• Open Box: Any item that has been unpacked, opened, or is not in its original packaging will not be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

4. Quality Guarantee
• We promise complete quality for the items we deliver. If you encounter any specific quality issues with a product, our team is here to help.
• Products with genuine quality defects are exchangeable, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
